The Society for fNIRS DEI committee developed a climate survey to gather data on the identities, lived experiences, and needs of SfNIRS members. We are currently preparing findings from this survey for publication to raise awareness of DEI-related issues within the international fNIRS community. Preliminary findings from the survey are summarized in the poster below.
